The Firm is conversant with the process leading to the grant of various telecom licenses and permits. The firm also renders advice on an on- going basis to any firm engaged within the sector.
BANKING AND FINANCE
Nigeria has witnessed exponential growth in this sector, a trend that has seen Nigerian banks grow from less than 25 to over 85 in just over a decade, before the recent recapitalization exercise.
On our part, we have kept abreast with this growth, and continue to work for a number of banking and financial institutions, acting to procure requisite licenses, drawing up contracts, effecting registration of loan documentation, providing legal support and services on complex projects and finance schemes; conducting due diligence on behalf of client banks and other financial institutions, and representing these institutions in court where necessary.

The Firm has been actively involved in election petition matters since its inception to date. We have also represented both individual and corporate clients in both civil and criminal matters in virtually all major courts of record and tribunals in Nigeria.
